  • Designed the planned the modifications that will be needed in the company’s web chatbot (frontend in React, backend in php BotMan framework) to interact with the project’s training module.

Experimentation and validation openness for long-term evolution of vertical industries in 5G era and beyond

  • Designed and developed the first version of a network application (NetApp) that interacts with 5G NEF API emulator (provided by project partner) and the company’s web chatbot (frontend in Reach, backend in php BotMan framework).
  • Made a Docker container based version of the NetApp for future deployment in Kubernetes.
  • Participated in project deliverables, meetings.

5th Generation End-to-end Network, Experimentation, System Integration, and Showcasing
2018 - 2021

Technologies: SDN, NFV, Python, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, IoT, 5G, MySQL

  • Deployed the IoT-vGW (that was previously developed) in an OpenStack cloud provided by a project partner.
  • Modified the system to support scale up/down functionalities to be able to adapt to different loads of IoT data.
  • Designed and developed an API to give access to project partners to the IoT data.
  • Created the necessary descriptors for the IoT-vGW network service to be able to instantiate automatically in the project platforms.
  • Made extensive tests and measurements with real IoT sensor data from sensors deployed in the campus of one project partner.
  • Participated in project deliverables, meetings and reviews.
